Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare

Hello All,

I got my son (well you all know its half for me anyways...) an Xbox 360 and we are on live with CoD 4 - MW, I am awful at it, and keep getting whooped on the free for all on live.

Does any one have any hints and tips on which gun is better, and why I seem to shoot people loads but they dont die, they have one or two pops at me, and I am a goner!!!

M16 or AK47. If you die too easily use Juggernaut perk.

ACR, FAMAS, AK47, MP5K also if you have turtle beach headphones or headphones if you get sitrep pro then the enemies footsteps are 4 times as loud

Thanks fellas, I am starting to get better, getting around 5 to 8 kills per 10min free for all match.

How do you get the gun with the red dot for the better aim in free for all??? Is that something that has to be unlocked..??

How do you use the perks? I got the game pre owned, and there is no instructions with it?

just keep on killing with the same gun to unlock attachables,
anyway i think team death matches are best, you get more XP points.

I know how to use perk number 1, but how do you use perks 2&3?? Or are they used automatically.,.,??

when you go into create class you will see all your perks and what they do.
But you need to be at level 6 i think to create your own class?
