hitachi 1.51 on live

Has anyone using a hitachi 1.51 managed to use live recently without being banned? Just wandering if its safe to go back on line as I don't know of anybody who has been banned in the last feew weeks?

No firmware will be safe an i have heard of people running 1.51 being banned. So again your risk if you want to go on live or not

Thanks. The funny thing is, I never normally play on line. It just bugs me knowing I can't at the moment

i am running benq 1.61 and been on since ban wave and not banned. Its totally upto you as i dont really use live so hence thats why i may not be banned

flashed a hitachi 46 yesterday, went online all ok so far but was only on for about 5 mins...

please go online at you own risk as its already been stated by c4eva and teamjungle that no f/w is xbox live safe at moment
the new liteon ix 1.61 has been released as a workaround so there is no need for activate.iso to boot wave 4 & 5 games

i have been using my Hitachi 1.51 Since my old box got banned in latest wave

i been using since launch of COD MW2 have played all wave4 and 5

but im quite happy 2 take the risk playing online and using live
no1 is safe ,

Just a quick update, tried to go online, and I have been banned. Not the end of the world - I must admit. Xbox's are so cheap these days I may even get a second

has ur box been modded long mate ?

if it has been flashed for a while and you have been online before ban wave ur box had already been flagged so when u connected it would have been instant

Modded this one about 18 months ago. Never played a game before its release date, and all games have always been stealth checked. Just a bit frustrating really. I think your right though, it was probably picked up when I was last online about a month ago, and it only banned me now as I haven't been online since
