Motion Sickness playing COD4-MW

Hello All,

I bought my son an x box for crimbo and I have been having a go at it.... But when I play COD4 i get motion or travel sickness...

Has anyone esle had this, if so, do you still get it, or is there a way to stop it?

Believe it or not, I get a vomiting feeling, headache, the sweats, and an ubelivebly bad nauseas feeling after about 30 minutes..

A friend of mine used tog et this playing TUROK. He could not for the life of him watch or play the game, others he was ok, he just had to either put up with it or not play the game.
