1.61 firmware and cod6

i put 1.61 firmware on my liteon drive and realised yesterday that i still need to use the activate disk but its only for modern warfare 2 all others work straight away with no problems,has any1 else had this problem.

You definately put 1.61 and not 1.6 yeah? You shouldnt need the activate disk with 1.61.

yes it def 1.61 all others that i used to need the activate disk for works fine but cod6

Have you ran the copy of MW though abgx?

Restore to stock, and reflash if you can mate, see if that sorts it.

could it be ok on abgx because it was 1 of the early releases that was patched wrong to allow people to play it before stealth checks?
sure there was a copy goin round that was patched with cod4 files or something like that

Get another download of COD, run it through abgx then try again, i would definatly say its the game.

The officail releases of IX have STRICT WAVE COMPLIANCE so its detecting a fault in the game.
