From what i have been reading over last few days is some confusion over what wave games should be SSv1 or SSv2
Wave 1 & 2 SSv1
Wave 3 + SSv2
You can manually patch these iso if needed to either SS version via the manually patch funtion in ABGX. Here is how
All info was obtained off the net, wave/ss version was from the ABGX site, also from what i can gather it will eventually be built into the program.
If you read the NFO from the lite touch firmware it prefers SSv2 and needs SPlitdvd, all covered in the file.
