3rrod but not over heating??????

having a problem with my 360 its not over heating i switch it on and can get 3rrod after 1 min?


ive done the new thermal paste thing but no joy sometimes will stay on a bit other times lasts 1 min before gets the 3rrod

any help??

Not done properly. Might need a reflow.

Try tightening or loosening the screws?
