How to test if im flagged from live with new 512mb xbox??

Hi.Im just wondering if i can do the test to see if im banned from live with a new xbox with built in memory.ie.where you remove the hard drive,try to sign in and dont accept update then check the letters in the code given??If i have built in memory how do i get around this??Thanx in advance..

If your banned your banned. Next time you connect to live you will get banned.

If your not flagged then you will be able to connect.

Now that the banning has stopped (for now) you should be ok to go. Make sure your drive is updated to the latest firmware and all your games are checked etc.

The X value is used as a visual indication of security "events". This value is from a field stored in secdata.bin, offset 0x28 for a length of 8 bytes. It is visually displayed from dashboard in one of the system info screens. The X value is encrypted though and this tool will decrypt and display known recordedsecurity events.

The console does not need to be connected to Live to do this procedure. At the same time this does not guarantee that the console with a "clean" X value has not been flagged on the server side.

This can be used as a tool to check the status of a second-hand console and be valuable information in considerations before purchasing.

Another words, you can check if that console has been banned without connecting to see if it has ;p


make sure you run a virus check through it, just to be safe
