    more 360 help please

    Have a flashed 360, son got pissed off because he couldn't play online so went out today and bought him the arcade 360, the flashed one has never been used online, can I use the HD out of it online in the new one, or could this cause problems ? Can the HD be formatted to remove any trace of old game saves etc ? so it can be used in the new box ? Thanks in advance .

      Stick the hard drive on the new one mate.

      Format the hard drive.

      It will ask for the serial number of the console it is on to confirm format.

      That is found on the sticker at the back.

      Once that is done recover gamertag on your new console with the details.

      Sign into Xbox live and enjoy.

              Yes. This will allow you to set it up as new.

              Get rid of all the game saves etc from other games.

                  It is not necessary to Format your HDD just because you used it on a flashed console!
