PUrchased Jan 10 could still be a Liteon 83 V1. If later than Aug 08 will be V2.

Posting what exactly? a guide to do the 83v2 and 93 drives?
No I dont think i will be doing, as these drives are not the easiest to do, as stated will need traces to be cut, switch/probe v2 used and rework the traces.

If you have never soldered ect before i suggest finding someone who can do these drives, asking for the KEY off the drive, this way, you wont need to cut the traces or anything to update the Firmware on the drive without all the hastle.
