can i flash 360 throw my motherboard

my pc is a acer aspire t180

amd athlon 64 x2 3800+

it has 2 sata connections built into motherboard

1 of wich is being used by hard drive

can i use the other sata connection to flash my 360???

are do i need to buy a dedicated card with sata connections

but you will probably need to move the hdd to the secondary port, the 360 drive has to be on your primary port.
