Bricked LiteOn Cant Get ff72 HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hey guys first post here. Just got My ck3 yesterday, Ok Anyway today this happened.

I loaded up Jflasher everything was going smooth until i had to click write (after erasing) but there was a error, i think because i didn't put Ixtreme into the Jflaher folder.I also got errors such as dummy bin is missing information and something about drive barcodes.

Anyway, my drive got bricked. But i followed instructions and got it unbricked by making a bootable Usb everything went fine.

    Second Try.

Ok so i have a working drive again, i go through all the steps again now when i tryed to write my Jflasher froze on me, i had no choice buy to close the program.

    You guessed it bricked again.

    The Problem

Ok so i go to use the bootable usb, however things don't go as smoothly as before, i cant get into FF72, I've tryed 100's of times I've tryed turning the drive on and of between trys. To no Avail, if i ignore this and go straight to dosflash it comes up with unknown flash chip.

Also i can no longer turn my computer on with the drive attached or else it will freeze, i have all the Bin files on usb and stored on my computer, is there anyway to save this drive.

Thanks, I've tryed to explain best i can.

i see that when trying to intro The problem could be second time when i ran through the bootable usb, i flashed the drive without knowing i thought it put the original firmware on it, then when i ran with JF to try put the firmware on the drive it messed up and crashed.

    read the tutorial.
the reason it is freezing up is because you havent removed the via drivers from your computer.

If you extracted the dummy from the drive flash it in dos. When it says Unknown flash chip in DOS just repeat once more by typing dosflash and choosing the drive again.

      It will work no problem.

Ok did you remove the VIA Drivers from windows? If not its essential that you do this when flashing Liteon drives from a VIA Chipset.

Once you have done the above, load your dummy.bin into the firmware tab, you will get the barcodes error again (you can manually input these, your call).
Load the IXtreme LT1.1 for the revision of the liteon your flashing.

Goto the MTK flash tab in jungleflasher, click on liteon erase button, following the on screen prompts. This will then erase then flash the drive with loaded firmware.

Alternatly you can go the dos method (as mentioned), use the liteon eras.exe and dosflash, just folloow the 'how to flash liteon with jungleflasher and dos' uploaded onto the site.

Just follow the dos instructions to recover the drive as you should have done the jungleflasher part to obtain your dummy.bin
