How do i replace my lite-on drive for another dve drive

I Am looking to replace my lite on drive for my xbox360. its dead. can i just replace it with another lite on drive. i dont want to flash it just replace a broken one for a new one.

You will need to retrieve the key from the dead drive. Then flash that over to the new drive in order for it to work.

You cant just do a straight swap with the drives unfortunately.

check some of the drive tutorials on you tube mate some can be easily fixed.

you can just swap the old circuit board into a new drive, unless its the board thats the problem. theres only 4 or 5 wires to solder,

I have xbox360 with lite-on with firmware 7485 ! I can`t flash it because I have tools to do this on lite-one firmware 838 only !Help
