after paying for a months live subscription yesterday a message came across the payment page saying that microsoft would take payment automatically for every months subscription,i only wanted to see what red dead was like on live (and its poop!) not buy a reccuring subscription.so folks how do i get out of this one?

You can call microsoft and tell them you do not want the automatic subuscription. You can also go into your xbox live membership settings and cancel subscription. -

you will need to do it on line as they automatically renew for you m8 iff you dont cancell before payment they will take and give you no refund it sucks i know but i had the same problem mine was for a year and they not refund ...Comment
