i use windows media centre to watch films etc on my x box but there is an album on my x box which i really want to put on disc. is there a way of listening to this album on my laptop and copying it to disc

If you want to put the album onto a disk from your xbox then just save the file onto a usb memory stick then insert into your pc then you can save it to a disk. Have a look on youtube there are plenty of videos that show you how to save to a usb stick from your xbox....
