did u look inside all conectors for any shorts?
ie bent pins inside the usb connectors and the power connector?

it has never been drooped, nocked over or damaged in any other way that i know of but i did buy it secondhand so cld never be sure , have had box since december second hand and it worked fine till yesterday wen i tried to turn it on?????

a mosfet is a transister on the mainboard
not an easy thing to test sorry
u need electronics knowledge and equipment
