dose RW work on DL DVD?

I had a pack of Datawrite titanium 2.4x DVD+R DL disks; I have used all of them for burning backups. But some of the backups wont read in my xbox so I was thinking about getting some more when I realised on the disk it says "RW DVD+R DL"
These are the disks that I have: Eclipse Computers - Product Details
But I cant see anywhere on any site saying that you can re-write on them.
I used Nero to erase the disk but it dose not even recognise the media. Any one had the same problem??

The are not RW disks. They are dual layer however.

agreed, but I already have backups on them that have errors so I want to write a whole new game over them, How can I do this if they are not re-writable?

Wrong i have used every type of media and have had no probs whatsoever. If you stick to verb you pay lots for your games . I can do 50 games on Aeon disks for the price of 25 verbs.

Its what type of burner you have. If its ~~~~ed or not. And never mind this crap about burn at 2.4x etc burn at the fastest. Never fails for me.

Agree with all your post mate, but verbs are the best discs around, always have been, always will be.

Personally use aone discs too, as they are cheaper alternatives.

Elite discs are pretty good to if you can get your hands on them. Aones are ?14 for 25 in a shop by me which aint bad. You can get them cheaper on web, but add delivery costs and its about the same then.

if you spend 15pound you can get 30 dvds so 1 pound for 5 more that's good. you might be able to get them 5pound from off the net

where can i get rewritable dl dvds mate, off the internet.

do you think recording over rw dl dvds will work for games?
