Yes because you don't need to dump the firmware again.
Just follow the JF tutorial but instead of dumping, load stock fw and write.

As long as the sata chipset is comapatable with the drive in question.

The team behind the firmware recomend returning to stock before any console updates. It may stop you being banned, may not, if the drive has only had LT on it other than stock fw then there could be a chance your safe. Again tho, nobody knows.

Speaking of returning to stock. I am having massive issues getting my drive to go into vendor mode when powered by the xbox.

Last two times I have done this I've had no problem, this time I cannot get it to go into vendor mode for shit. Been fighting with it for 2 hours and decided to give up.

Anyone else had any issues when using the xbox as power since the last dash update. Even took the shell of the drive and tried the manual way as shown in the JF tutorial and can't get that to work either, the xbox always seems to assume the drive is open once the power is took away from the drive. I wondered if they put something in the last dash update to prevent using the xbox as the power source??

I'm guessing the easy solution is to get a Xecuter CK3 Pro?

is anyone going to test LT without returning back the fw to stock?

i think i might leave the update till its been tested an just play my games i never play.

all i play is cod mw2 online
