[QUOTE]Basically im following a tutorial on se7ensins.com for flashing a benq drive with windows 7 64bit operating system.
I'm clicking "Open Source Firmware" and selecting my "orig.bin" and then i'm getting a messege saying "Do you wish to auto-load benq iXtreme?", i click yes but then it cannot load the FW even though its from xbins and is the latest benq firmware - LT 1.2

    Any help?

Use JF. That way it will autoload or you can manually choose. JF is now 64 compatible so there is no problem. Also the tut you follow there will be a place in which you place the firmware for it to autoload. I only use JF. Dos to flash JF to read the Orig firm.

Not totally sure what this post is about. But for my 2 pennies worth.

Either put the firmware into the firmware folder or manually load it, also use the latest JF, they release a new version with each new firmware for the autoload and recognition of FW.

64 bit supprt was added to the port io driver a while back so if you get the latest version, it will be 64 bit compatable along with port io on the fly.

He fixed it cunny. Tirned out he wasnt loading the firmware and didnt know how to manually load it. But after i instructed him via PM he sorted it. think it was his first time doing a drive. A simple read of the JF tutorial wouldve been suffice.
