    Duplicating Backup Game

Hi i'm just wondering whether or not it is to just make a straight copy of a backup game.

ie, blank disc in 1 drive and backup game in other and doing straight copy disc.

Or would i still have to rip the backup disc?

    Cheers.

Never tried it but im sure its possible. I always rip to image then burn back to disc. ONly takes 10 mins to rip to ISO. I think burning from disc to disc would take a lot longer than the method i mentioned.

Dual Layer DVD Drive. Most DVD wroters now are Dual layer.

Then use IMGburn to rip to ISO and burn back to blank media.

As cgscott says (he seems to have an uncanny knack of being right) copy the image with imgburn and then burn the image again, you only need one drive. I would always run the image through abgx360 first to make sure it is as stealthed as possible. Whilst it can't guarantee you wont get banned, its the best we have got.

I'm guessing imgburn will only work that way when copying a copied game? cos i tried putting an original 360 disc in and using image burn went to read image but it said it couldn't as its copied writed??

would i have to use wx ripper for original games to backup

All sorted and sussed out. just out of interest when you are copying an image from pc to disc it says to use the dvd file does this mean i could keep all the dvd files for future use and delete all the iso files?

You can copy on the fly without problem. I have done this many times.

Do not delete the ISO files, as this is the main part of the game.

dunno about the log file m8,but i had problems with cheaper discs too, then i bought Verbatim dual layers.....never looked back, had not one single fail since buying them, they may be more expensive, but they are worth it

If its failing at the layer break then its either the dics or the burner. What burner you using? Have you tried CloneCD?

                            Hi mate my burner is
nec dvd rw nd-3500ag and my other burner is
nec dvd rw nd-3520a which i have not tried yet.

I have a pack of Aone discs and was trying to use these first then was going to buy som vertabims.

I'm just about to try and update my burners and put new firmware on them before i try again.

                              I/O error!

Just borrowed a blank vertabim disc from a friend so gonna try that and see if it gets any further if not i will try using clone cd and will post back my outcome.
