how to connect xbox to my laptop

Hi,can anybody please tell me how i connect my xbox 4gb to my laptop (windows vista) so i can use the internet which is done by my mobile phone so i can get on xbox live?

You would need to connect a network. But I doubt that your mobile will have enough bandwidth to connect to live.

Ive connnected to live on a campsite using a vodaphone dongle and played halo3 but it was not a very good experience it took ages to find people to play but it didnt seem to lag once the game had started. He aint using a dongle mate, he wants to use his phone as a modem.

a dongle essenialy is just a cut down mobile phone, theres no real difference.

Just letting you know i bought the new Mifi from 3g and yesterday and i had 2 xboxes connected on it running xbox live.Had no probs what so ever!
