Any word on if a console that was previously flashed, but has been put back to original firmware will still get flagged?

I did have mine flashed, but decided about 3 months ago i didn't play enough 'backup' games to warrant keeping it on and it was too much of a risk for getting the console banned, so i put the original firmware back on.

We have another xbox in the house that is not flashed and never been on live, so i'm not too worried, as can just swap them round.

No mate, as you would need to spoof the drive, which would get you flagged anyway.

Were not sure mate, but you can check if your flagged by checking the secdata.

basically what hes saying yes but DO NOT put new titles in the drive at all!! untill new CFW are released for the drives

also remember those dashes are beta not final so wait for further confo on final dash
