BenQ flashing problem - help please

Hi

I have been asked to flash a Benq drive that apparently had been flashed before, Using jungleflasher, it knows theres a drive as it says there is PBDS in vendor and in name there is VAD6038-64930C which os the BenQ drive but wont give the relevant info vendor id etc etc. If i click on Intro/deviceID I get message re-sending vendor Id but it fails.

Any ideas what I can do please, I have a samsung drive aswell but dont know how i would spoof it without knowing the key for the BenQ

First must in JF click button unlock Benq and before power on/off.

If i click on "unlock benq" then turn the connectivity kit on (with blue light) then I get "benq-un-lock command returned an error"

and in the white box in JF it says "Sending Magic Keys to Drive on port 0xA000
.. incomplete packet write"

do you have half open tray

Half open tray then
power on connectivity kit then
run JF click unlock Benq button

works for me

watched the video in one of the sticky's and didnt mention half opened tray.
