Ive been playing Fable 3 on my flashed xbox (latest firmware) but havnt done the dashboard update yet.My question is if i update will i get banned , and if so is there anyway round it , like waitng for new version of firmware?

I'm in the same boat. i have played it on the old dash but i ain't updated.
i was gonna wait till the lt+ to come out but, thinking about updating when black ops is out.

Me too man , major bummer isn,t it , i can still play black ops on my lads non flashed xbox online but i don't want to use my gamertag on my lads unflashed xbox in case it corrupts my profile and gets him banned.Ive read about a lad who has two xboxes one flashed thats never been online and the other thats not flashed that he uses for online play.After playing a copy of Fable he took his profile from his flashed xbox online did the dashboard update and got his profile corrupted so he copied his profile to his flashed xbox and it corrupted his full hard drive. Weather or not thats true or not im not sure but if it is then microsoft have found a way to stop people using two xboxes for on and offline play.Comment
