How can I read hard drive?

I want to copy data from a 360 HD onto another but cant seem to find out how to do it, when I bought my CK3 pro it came with a connector to connect HD to pc, plugged it in and nothing has happened.

Is there a driver i need to install and software I need?

You would need a HDD kit mate, not sure if the ck3 kit will do it, but there are kits that will allow you to do it.

So whats the seperate little board that came with the CK3 pro that allows me to connect hd to pc?

Thats to be used with explorer to extract the data off the drive. You can use this to create an image then flash back to another sata drive. This is how you upgrade you HD the simple way.

Ok thanks, so how can i take one of my kids profiles and saves and put onto another hdd?
