games wont load xbox 360

hi can any one help, my sons 360 wont load games and it says play dvd, or it gets a white scren.
the 360 is not flashed it will load eventually after removing disc and reinserting,thanks in advance.

Sounds like the laser is on its way out on the drive.
Drive replacement or new laser in existing drive is the way forward.

Try using a dvd cleaner. The fluid and the disc with brushes on it to clean the laser. This may give you some time till you replace the drive.

You either need to do a pot adjustment, or get a new drive. You will still need to dump the original drive to get the key for the new drive.

or get the same drive and just swap the board in the drive if u dont want it chipped

Laser adjustment, need to take drive out and follow these instructions, you'll need a multimeter, It is very simple to do, half hour tops start to finish
