ive noticed comments about keeping drive key from dvd rom as its specific to the unit as i didnt flash it my self first time round will this info still be accessible, sorry if it seems stupid to ask im new to this but determined not to be held to ransom price for re flash started at ?35 now gone to ?40 in a couple of days....stuff that im off to bowlers to get the gearn and do it myself tomoz.

was gonna do my drive myself but it was a liteon drive.. so had to pay 40 ****ing quid..!!
And i too have none of the info you mention..

shit i was just coming on to ask about this as i have an older liteon and a newer 9 series which was flashed elseware, the guys i got them done for havn't even got their boxes back from me yet, so just let me clarify b4 i run under next bus, "you cant flash straight over the older LT firmware, like you used to do with the older ixtreme versions, please tell me im wrong"Comment

my god that must have been the easiest flash ever, took about 2mins tops, just followed the JF tut, starting from, "the verified key paragraph", although my key was not verified, as it was done elseware, i managed to get the OFW from the guy and just followed up the tut from the " IF YOU MOVED THE FILE AND KNOW WHERE IT IS", i now have the new LT fw, now on to the benqComment
