    LT+?

    Hi

    Is LT+ only for Benq and Liteon? as I have 2 box's one with hitachi 1.61 and the other is samsung LT.

    Also, If I can use LT+ will backups need to be patched in anyway or can I just run the iso through abgx and burn which is what I'm doin now

    If I dont need LT+ am I ok with hitachi and samsung to go online? or will some sort of patch need to be applied to the iso?

      Ok highest fw for hitachi is 1.51 which will boot any wave, but if its a 79 series then it will have the ap2.5 checks, so its hit and miss if it works. Probably wont work on hitachi, and if you go online good chance of you getting banned.

      Samsung drive has no ap2.5 but is hit and miss again. LT should be safe for online.

      You need to get the latest version of abgx, and ensure it runs through all the way, and checks for ap2.5 and patches accordingly.

          oh yeah sorry 1.51 and the hitachi is a 47 so does this mean that it wont have the ap2.5 check and should be ok with online?

              Yes it shouldn't have the checks. But as its on 1.51fw then no its not really safe for online.

                      You cannot make a hitachi safe for online. Samsung can use lt so safer than a hitachi
