minect dash / upgrade flash

Meant to put kinect not bloody minect, . (aint even had a drink yet either)

Been looking but cant seem to find an answer.
Which way do i do it?

xbox is benq drive with lt on it.

Do re-flash with lt+ then install the new dash via adventures game or install new dash then do the flash or does it not make any difference?

i was on old dash, reflashed my benq with lt+ and loaded assassins creed brotherhood which updated my console to new dash. everything runs fine
