    Xbox Live Ban Risks

    Question.

    I have 2 xbox 360's.

1 old one with ixtreme loaded on DVD drive, and the other totally untouched/unmodified.

I'm playing backed up games on the hacked one with my HDD on but NOT connected to XBL.

The other one I play legit games and also play on Live.

My question is that when I reconnect the HDD to my unmodified xbox and go on XBL do i risk being banned?
Will M$ know i've been playing backup games?

    Thanks.

At moment, they only ban consoles, not profiles. They have banned profiles in past but for other offences i think.

There are users i know of doin exactly what your doin only with a memory card but the hdd works just as good

forgot to mention that nobody really knows what they look for when banning ect.

I think that the safest way is what your doing, plus you still get all achievements ect, just lose the online play with copies

Funny thing This is exactly what I have been doing and I too was worrryed about getting banned again
So I brought another hard drive to put in the banned modded one so now completely separate
Blockbusters are selling pre own 20gb harddrives for ?9.99

            Worried about getting banned?

I have spoofed consoles running on new LT firmware. MS will ban when they want. No-one is safe.
