Buy it if its going cheap, theres nothing wrong in buying it if its banned from xbox live, as i had one with loads of backup games. But once my xbox got banned from xbox live, i had to buy a legit one with legit games as i missed playing my games on xbox live. I only play my games on xbox live, so i know the games are not predictable, and i have a laugh for hours. If you are not bothered about going on xbow live, then buy it if the price is right, as you can get loads of the games off the net.
