Error cant read update from disk

I got A kinect with adventures and played that fine.Tried to boot up a back up disk for kinect and getting an error code saying cant read system update from disk.now everytime i boot it up i get the error msg so i cant play anything.consoles already banned so cant hook it upto live.does any1 know how to solve this?

I cant get on the dashboard it just boots up with cant read update from disk
Error code is 307D-3080-B200-0700-C000-0059

Take out disc. Remove any memory units and try to get into it that way.

Burn to cd/dvd or over to a memory unit

ive removed the hard drive and disk and downloaded the new update to a usb stick and a cd.
it wont do anything except boot up to the error message

just read on another website that i have to put an original copy of the game in for it to finish the update

What was the game for the update, people on other forums are saying they put the original game in to finish the update off

Try this:

"Clear Any Failed system updates that cause the console to error.

1. With the console off, press and hold the sync up button (the small white one)
2. While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console
3. Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely.
4. During the boot process the console should clear any failed updates, allowing you to use it normally."

mustve put that at the same time.i tried the sync button and that didnt work.was for fighters uncaged.looks like a trip to blockbusters is on the cards haha
there must be a way to stop it asking each time for each game.i was already playing on adventures which is an original so i thought the update was just for the game and not a system update
