    lite-on dg-16d2s-09c

    I rescued a 360 from the bin!!
    a friend got his box back from an attempted flash,only to find error 64 message on the screen .
    the drive is totally unresponsive it wont open.
    I have tried swapping cables from a working 360.
    so i'm guessing its been bricked,
    does anyone have any advice about this drive ? or should i just look to replace it and use the machine to play my backed up games?

      The drive is bricked but can be recovered in dos. Read the red stickies on how to recover a liteon in dos. All the info is there.

          Do you have the original Firmware?
          Was a dump swucessful?
          Has the drive been erased?
          Was it a botched MRA?
