    which original firmware ?

    Hi fellas, i am trying to replace stock firmware on a liteon 16ds drive now i have downloaded the software but there is version 1 and version 2, how do i know which version my drive has because it dosent say which version of 74850C firmware on the actual drive...

    any help appreciated

      sounds like u have the orig firmware for the liteon 838 they have version 1+2 pm me ur email and i'll send u the firmware u need

          it doesn't matter which version you put on as long as the correct key is flashed
