there will be probz. make sure your on lt+. when a system update is available don't download it. read on this site 1st b4 updating!

its only system update what messes things up, like cod bo, mw2 and halo reach on the last update made the games ap2.5. if the game don't load take it out befor 3 min or you will get flagged and then banned.

all is needed is abgx to give them 3 games a patch so it will load, abgx will fix the iso for you ready to burn!

your ok if you got a samsung! they are the best and never need updating! they run all the games made old and new! the only bad side is they are old. you can get them fixed but there is a chance they will not last long.

and you don't need to pacth the games safe online!

this is what the guy im talking to said (Ok both boxes are fine for live mate. No real difference in the drives bar samsung dont do ap2.5 checks. other drive is a hitachi

Key on cdr is for updating or replacing of drive mate. Better safe than sorry.

You can update the consoles fine, without problems mate, same for the games.

(not sure about the update part at the bottom.??)

Its 6 quid for a laser on ebay. The most common problem for not playing discs with these drives.

If your on LT+ and fail an ap2.5 check it wont get you flagged anyway as the FW will block it.

Samsungs are the easiest drives to dump/update. Hitachi's can be a pain to play around with, but are easy enough.

Samsungs dont do ap2.5 so no problems booting any games at anytime, no matter what updates are put out.
