how to decode a DAT file

hi all

i need ur HELP to decode a dat file as i cant understand that language in that

actually what happened : one of my contact on SKYPE removed sm of his msgs from his side and those r also removed from my side also
but those msgs r very important for me and i want them back so i searched the way to get them back
but those r stored in a .dat extension

can any one help me regarding this

Dat files are usually files that a tied to the software that created them . Try opening it in "notepad" or use a Hex Editor to see if you can get any readable information out of it.
