any free to use websites?

i currently pay/rent a website footballcards1967 but its not really paying for itself so i am going to cancel my subscription i am wondering if there are any free to set up websites ? they would need to be very simple to use as all that i need to do on the current one is add my words and pictures and new page titles nothing complicated,anyone know of anything?

I don't understand you mate. Do you need some program to build a site or some free hosting service to upload your site? Or neither of that, maybe some third
