if u need download speed, u can try vpn...

when straming over tinternet, everthing comes down to connection... not just the download speed, but also the quality of connection eg. no spikes where speeds drop off momentarily... wireless networks are never that great compared to wired for streaming, so try plugging in if wireless.

doubt using a vpn will help you out as it'll still be using the same connection but routing it through somewhere else.. prob be worse off.
