Try logging onto Trend Micro. Com .They do a free on line virus scan, if you think your problem is virus related.

I think maybe you mean can't download from microsoft website...it is caused by se non original OS

It may be a due to a pirated version of the operating system. Check out with the internet options from the control panel as well.
