    Dell Optiplex Factory Reset

    Hi,

    I am trying to do a factory reset on a Dell Optiplex GX250 desktop, using "CTRL F12". But its not working. Is there another way to restore the pc to factory settings? its needs to be cleaned up badly.

      you can use facilities with call Dell agent or service center...just try after you get clear information and instruction

          It is CTRL F12 you need to do it on post screen mate............
          I know you believe you understand what you think i said
