how to copy to clip board

hi every body in this forum im automotive tech and need your computer guys help.i have some automotive software like toyota techstream when i program a key tester give me seed code and it masked on the laptop unable to read,only two option go on line to toyota or copy to clipboard.when i press copy to clipboard how can i see that hadden password in copy to clip board?or how i copy? where is the clip board.if some one can help me i would appricate that thanks

after you have copied open notepad and right click on it and select paste
this will paste the copied text to notepad or any other program like word etc.

EDIT : you can also just highlight the text and select copy and then paste it as above

thanks for reply,but problem is the password is hidden,there are two opitions tab "go to web" or copy to clipboard one of them has to chose it is not like copy and paste .i cant find anything in clipboard wheni hit the "copy to clip board"
