wireless connection

cant get my wireless connection to work vermin were working on it and now i cant get the wireless ight to come on i foned them and they say its nothing to do with them ive tried all the connections and reset the router ???????? any ideas

on some routers you can disable and enable wi-fi in the routers settings
you would need to log in to your routers settings page

It's also possible that the network key for the wi-fi was reset.

Try removing the connection from the laptop/PC & creating a new connection without a password. If it works you will need to set up the password again on the router.
