try using DVD Decrypter and/or Download CloneDVD 2.9.3.0 - FileHippo.com

clonedvd are made by slysoft who make anydvd so should have there protection remover tool in it

also u the disc could be iffy if u burnt it at max to the disc somtimes this happens

if that dont all work the best way to test is without wasting discs u will need to put ur satnav disc back into pc and make an image from it

use this tool if alcohol cant make images http://www.softpedia.com/progDownloa...oad-21457.html

then u can mount and test before burning to a disc

        Always though DL's were +R

It might help if you have something to remove the copy protection, not sure if DVD Decryptor is up to the task.

        I use AnyDVD

It's free for a bit (30 days I think) then it costs you for the license. But if you only want to copy the one disk....

Before you download AnyDVD try burning with a standard -R disk (it it will fit).

i thought about the copy protection i used burnout to see what
copy protection it had and it never detected any.

you need to know if/what kind of protection the dvd has got.. doubt very much normal dvd decrypt software will help as this is for video frame encryption, and i'm guessing the dvd will be a data or custom filestructure... what does windows explorer/alchahol tell you about the dvd when you put it in PC ?

Don't use DVD Decrypter. That is only good for DVD videos, and it's getting a bit old for that as well.

The problem won't be the disks but the protection written into the files. I'm not sure how to solve your problem, but here's the type of issue I have with some video DVD's....

Full disk copy on the fly with anydvd. Fills the hard drive with VTS files until either I stop it or it runs out of space.

Movie only copy & it works perfectly.

You will have to find either some software that can defeat the protection or try copying part of the disk (the bit you really need).
