Is there any software that stops all information leaving your computer to websites?

Your ip is your computers address on the web, if you stopped your outgoing data packets from sending your ip, you'd never see another webpage again.... what you can do is use a proxy or a relay, your computer talks to the proxy/relay, and the proxy/relay talks to the outside world.. so the outside world only ever see the proxy/relay's ip, you ip is hidden from everyone except the proxy/relay.
