Netgear XET1001 poor ethernet sockets ?

has anyone had the problem of poor fitting cat5 plugs into the ethernet socket on these powerline adaptors ?? It seems that the cat5 plug is a very sloppy fit and causes the connection to disconnect...then if i wiggle the cat5 plug it reconnects....is there a common fault with these ?? I have had a quick look on tinternet and i have found nothing yet.....have i miised the boat and there has been a recall on these ??

mmm...not sure what you mean ? But we did try it with the original blue ethernet cables what came with it, and they also seem to be a poor fit.
