laptop for under ?500

Hi looking for a new laptop has anyone ever dealt with viBox on ebay, seen what i think is a good deal. or do you guys think i could get more for my money elsewhere?

mainly used for music, some video editing, burning, streaming hd, gaming

I would not touch it with a barge pole , 8gb ram very questionable.
I would go for something that has 4gb ram and at least 500gb hard drive
