evenin all, its dufus time again||||||

i have downloaded Malwarebytes and now have an icon on my desktop that looks like a piece of white A4 with the top right hand corner folded over and named 'mbam set'.

now what do i do? i cant open it, unpack it, finger it or f@ck it. try to open and windows needs to search for a programme to open it.
