How good are Plusnet for reliability of connection/speed?

I've been with Plusnet for 3 years or more, and they have never let me down, but I do know that they have their kit at my exchange so the only BT bit is the telephone wiring. All my previous BB suppliers (all the way back to freeserve) was actually just BT's BB service badged as whoever - and that was often crap! -
Very Good for me,
and the best WE have had...we have the PRO option
But becarefull to keep a check on your useage as ours was not reset for a period of 3 months and cost me quite a bit extra..
we got money back but was hastleStill in the workshop.
