    which blank discs are best for standard dvd player, + or -

      any.. there WAS talk of a format war like beta/vhs when dvds came out with two different formats + and -.
      it never happened and both are fine

              cheaper still is this wd.. Xenta Freeview PVR and usb Media player | Ebuyer.com
              freeview pvr and media player all in one
              not hd, and smirnoffs link is a brill little device, i got 2 of them..but, horses for courses and all that

                Cheers guys, good help as always.

                me personaly am looking at a media player, and i will never use another dvd, but this is for someone else, who gets confused by a dimmer switch for the living room light.

                      My cyclone just arrived today, great little yoke, well impressed, no more kids dvds strewn about the house. Might get the one shady posted too
