Im in n.ireland and im wondering which broadband service would be the most reliable. i need a good upload as im running my dreambox on this and at the minute it keeps glitching sometimes. will more upload help this situation. please help.
well, i would image that virgin would be your best bet, failing that, how far away from an exchange do you live?
