No I dont think you can, I believe it uses the ip address to confirm you are a Virgin customer before you can use it.
I am a virgin customer, but I still pay for Giganews just because of the VPN that gets thrown in for nought. Dont trust Virgin as far as I could throw them what with DPI and all. Even if you are SSL they know you use newsgroups and large files downloaded are not for discussion purposes!!Comment

and take the lowset package and get free ssl as wellComment

Can I ask how you know this for sure?
Either way, my internet habits are my own and not my isps. I would rather pay a company that has a vested interests in my privacy, than an isp that will sell on my info for gain.Comment
